Hi, my name is chris shaw and i am a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer.

I have been helping clients transform their lives for over 10 years and I am here to help you too! Throughout my career I have coached clients in reaching their health and wellness goals while helping them move and feel better each and every day. I have also worked with countless athletes helping them reach their highest highest levels of performance.

One thing that has become clear throughout my career is that there is no one-size fits all plan when it comes to living a healthier and more active life. There is a lot of confusing information out there about how to achieve better health and without a coach by your side, it can be a daunting task to figure out what the best plan for you is. I pride myself on helping clients wade through these murky waters and come up with a clear and straightforward plan that is specific to them!

Whether you are trying to achieve a new health goal for the first time, or have been an athlete all of your life, I believe that the key to success is a sustainable approach that fits your lifestyle. I take this approach when it comes to my own health, and I take this approach with any client that I work with.

I do not believe in restrictive diets that cut out the foods you love or exercise programs that leave you unable to walk the following day. You should eat the foods you love and find excitement in your fitness program, all while reaching your goals, and I can help! By working closely with you, I help you identify specific habits that you can change each week resulting in manageable and attainable progress leading to life-long change.
